Frequently asked questions

What is Vitamin C Drip Treatment?

A Vitamin C Drip is an intravenous (IV) wellness infusion service. It delivers fluids, electrolytes, and Vitamin C directly into the bloodstream in a clinical setting. At Le Santé, all drips are administered by licensed medical professionals and supervised by an in-house physician.

Is Vitamin C Drip safe?

When administered by licensed professionals after proper medical screening, IV therapy is generally well-tolerated. Minor side effects may include bruising at the injection site, a cool sensation during infusion, or lightheadedness. Serious risks are rare but can occur with any IV procedure. This is why physician supervision and screening are mandatory at Le Santé.

What is Vitamin C Drip used for?

Our Vitamin C Drip is offered for general wellness and hydration support. Many clients include it in their self-care routine to support overall wellness, especially during busy or stressful periods. It is a complement to a healthy lifestyle, not a replacement for proper nutrition, sleep, or medical care.

How often can I get a Vitamin C Drip?

Frequency depends on your wellness goals and your doctor’s recommendation during consultation. Some clients choose weekly or bi-weekly sessions as part of their routine. We do not recommend or administer drips without physician approval of your schedule.
How long does a session take?

A typical Vitamin C Drip session takes 30–45 minutes. This includes medical screening, IV insertion, and the infusion time. We recommend allowing 1 hour for your full appointment so you can rest comfortably before and after.
How is this different from taking oral Vitamin C?

IV administration bypasses the digestive system. Oral Vitamin C is subject to digestive absorption limits. This is a factual difference in administration route, not a claim of superior health outcome. Both oral and IV have roles in wellness. Discuss with your physician what’s appropriate for you.
Who can get a Vitamin C Drip?

Healthy adults aged 18+ may avail of this service after a medical screening. A doctor’s consultation is required before your first session to review your health history and confirm suitability.

Not recommended for: Pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with kidney conditions, G6PD deficiency, history of kidney stones, or certain heart conditions — unless cleared by your own specialist. Full disclosure of medications and supplements is required.
How do I prepare for my drip?

1. Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before
2.Hydrate well with water on the day of your session
3. Bring a list of all medications and supplements you take
4. Wear a top with sleeves that roll up easily
5. Complete our medical history form honestly
